Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Nexus on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the service.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must notify Nexus promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security issues.

Subject to these terms, Nexus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the service except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
• Use the service to upload malicious code, interfere with operations, bypass security, or test the service in an abusive manner.
• Use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or process data you do not have the right to submit.
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or provide the service to third parties on a service-bureau basis unless Nexus expressly permits it in writing.

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and content of data and materials you submit to Nexus. You grant Nexus the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and display that data in order to provide the service.

Nexus will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If a separate written agreement applies to data processing, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

Nexus and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and related technology. Except for the limited access rights expressly granted here, no license or ownership right is transferred to you.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, Nexus may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Nexus may interoperate with third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Google services and Firebase. Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third-party terms and privacy notices, and Nexus is not responsible for third-party offerings it does not control.

Nexus may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, misuse the service, or if continued access could expose Nexus or others to liability.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations already incurred, will survive.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, Nexus disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus's total liability arising out of or related to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you to Nexus for the affected service during the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Nexus may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
