1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Nexus marketing website, related sales and support interactions, and the hosted site-management tools made available through Nexus. If your organization signs a separate master services agreement, order form, or data processing addendum with Nexus, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this notice.

This policy is written for U.S. users and U.S.-based business operations. It is intended to satisfy the disclosure expectations commonly associated with U.S. consumer-protection law, California-style privacy notices, COPPA, and email-marketing rules.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information only as needed to run the business and provide services, including to:

  • Service providers and contractors that host or support the service, including Google Analytics, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Google Calendar scheduling, and related cloud infrastructure.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel acting under confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities, regulators, or other parties where required by law or where necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not use the public marketing site for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising as of August 29, 2026. If that changes, Nexus will update this policy and any required consumer-choice mechanisms.

5. Google API Services and Ads Integration

Nexus lets users voluntarily connect a Google Ads account. When a user authorizes this connection, Nexus may access Google account identity information, Google Ads customer and campaign information, conversion-action configuration, advertising performance data, and OAuth authorization credentials within the permissions shown on Google's consent screen.

Nexus uses Google user data only to provide the connected, user-facing features, including:

  • Connecting the Google account and allowing the user to select an authorized Google Ads customer account.
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating advertising campaigns and conversion actions at the user's direction.
  • Attributing leads, demo bookings, trials, jobs, subscriptions, and revenue to advertising activity.
  • Sending conversion outcomes and values back to the user's connected Google Ads account and presenting related reporting inside Nexus.

Nexus stores authorization credentials and integration records only as needed to maintain the connection and provide these features, using access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect them. Nexus does not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated purposes, or share it except with Google APIs at the user's direction and with service providers needed to operate and secure Nexus.

A user may disconnect the integration in Nexus or revoke Nexus access through the security settings of the connected Google Account. Users may also contact support@nexusinc.io to request deletion of associated integration data.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Nexus uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, protect accounts, and measure traffic. Our site configuration may use Google Analytics and Nexus's first-party analytics to understand page visits, interaction events, and site performance. First-party analytics are stored in Nexus's Firebase environment and do not record the visitor's IP address.

  • Essential technologies support security, session integrity, routing, and site functionality.
  • Analytics technologies help us understand traffic sources, engagement, and product interest.
  • You can manage many cookies through your browser settings and device controls.

Disabling cookies may affect login persistence or other site features. Browser-based blocking tools and analytics-provider controls may also limit certain tracking.

7. U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, correction of, or a portable copy of personal information, as well as the right to appeal a denied request where required by state law.

California residents may also request information about the categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients. Nexus does not sell personal information and does not offer financial incentives tied to personal information.

To exercise privacy rights, email support@nexusinc.io with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

8. Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Nexus uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
